A1 Floor Plan Details
Once you enter the A1 unit, you’ll be greeted by a hallway with wood-style flooring. There is a bathroom on one side and a kitchen on the other as the hallway flows into the living area. The luxury bathroom is upgraded with fixtures, flooring and shower enclosures and there is a walk-in closet that you can access directly from the bathroom. The bedroom is accessible from both the bathroom and living area and there is a private patio or balcony as well. Enjoy extra details like multiple ceiling fans, updated kitchen hardware and a multi-use nook. The kitchen even has a laundry room (with washer and dryer) behind double doors.

A2 Floor Plan Details
The A2 unit is similar to the A1 floor plan, but with extra square footage. This additional room is most noticeable in the living area, which has enough space for a dining area in addition to a living room. The main bedroom is also larger, with the same access to both the living area and the bathroom. Like the A1 unit, guests will still have access to the bathroom, but you can maintain privacy with your room. The washer and dryer are also adjacent to the kitchen in this floor plan, and it includes a walk-in closet in the bathroom as well.

A3 Floor Plan Details
A townhome option with one bedroom, the A3 unit has even more square footage than the A1 or A2. With this floor plan, the living area, laundry room, bathroom and kitchen are all on the first floor, while the bedroom and walk-in closet are upstairs. All of the standard finishes and upgrades are present here, like wood-style flooring, updated fixtures and modern hardware, but you gain even more privacy with your bedroom thanks to its separation from the main living area and guests.

A4 Floor Plan Details
Our largest one-bedroom floor plan, the A4 clocks in at more than 1,000 square feet. A traditional apartment layout with only one story, this layout has a hallway entrance, which goes past the upgraded kitchen and into the expansive living area, which has room for living room furniture, a dining table and chairs and an additional seating area or office. The bathroom is accessible from the living area and has a laundry room attached. The main bedroom has two walk-in closets for extra storage space and is accessible from the living area as well.

B1 Floor Plan Details
Our B-type floor plans have many of the same features as our A-type layouts, so we won’t repeat many of the design details like wood-style flooring, updated fixtures and so forth. But you’ll notice some of the more obvious differences right away, such as two bedrooms. With the B1, the entrance goes right into the open-concept large living area, with the kitchen and dining room seamlessly incorporated. One bedroom is on one side of the apartment and the other is on the other side of the living area. The walk-in closet is much bigger than any A units and is attached to the bathroom, which features two sinks and entrances from both the living room and master bedroom. The washer and dryer are connected to the kitchen, which also features a pantry and plenty of storage.
B1 Floor Plan Summary:

B2 Floor Plan Details
The biggest differences between the B2 and B1 are that the B2 has an additional bathroom and square footage. The configuration is a little different as well, with the walk-in closet for the master bedroom being its own area. But the main bathroom still features two sinks, while the secondary bathroom is accessible from both the living area and secondary bedroom (which has its own walk-in closet as well).

B3 Floor Plan Details
One of the standout features of the B3 that makes it unique from the B2 (despite having the same number of bedrooms and bathrooms) is the presence of an additional space that can be used as an office. Located near the entrance, it’s a flex room that can be used as you see fit. This floor plan makes it possible in part by having a secondary walk-in closet that isn’t as big as the B2 option.

B4 Floor Plan Details
With two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, the B4 is our biggest unit and has the most square footage. A townhome-style apartment with two stories, the B4 features a half-bath right by the entrance, which also has the stairwell nearby. The bottom floor also features a flex room that can be used as an office, as well as the kitchen, living area and dining room. The top floor has both bedrooms (each with walk-in closets), two bathrooms and a laundry room. This floor plan is ideal for families, with plenty of room to spread out.
